1. Kindly note that all prices quote are in Singapore Dollars (SGD),
   excluding postage fees.
   
2. Couplette has made every effort possible to display the original colors of the products but colors may differ due to different monitor's resolution, lighting and settings.
   
3. Products may differ slightly in reality due to monitor's settings and image size etc.(In most photos, coins or ruler are used as a token for measurement of the actual product size)
   
4. All house products, photos and designs are copyrighted and are not to be re-sold or re-made in any way without permission.
   
5. All products once sold, are non-returnable and non-refundable, however exchange may be possible on a case by case basis.

6. Repair services are available only for certain accessories,
   we also provide re-designing/custom made earrings at a service charge.
   
7. Remake/re-order request will be entertained if parts are available.
   (Customers may need to wait for parts to arrive)
8. Backing out of orders, payment and collection are strictly not entertained and not encouraged.
   
9. In-stock items will be delivered within 3 working days upon receiving of payment, or cash on delivery upon order confirmation. Please bring the exact payment amount.
   
10. Item will be securely packaged before delivery to prevent any damages that may incur during the postal delivery.
