Purchase Procedures

How to Purchase?

1) To secure your order, kindly send your details to couplette@gmail.com(Please be rest assured that your details will be treated with the strictest confidentiality and will only used for our own records.)

We will need the following:

- Name:
- Mailing address:
- Email:
- Product Code:
- Quantity:
- Contact number: (Mobile phone number preferred)
- Payment method & Collection method: (Cash on delivery preferred)
- Meet Up location at nearest MRT Station:***Other locations may be requested for VIPs ONLY

2) After sending your email order, please allow up to 3 working days (sat/sun not included) for us to send you the e-mail confirmation. The confirmation email will also include your payment advice. (pls note that longer time may be needed due to work/studies etc.) Do check your email for updates of your purchase.

3) When your order is confirmed, you have two choices to make payment.

a. Bank Transfer via POSB/DBS (Singapore address only)~ Please indicate Bank Transfer under which bank, so we can mail you our bank a/c number.~
b. Cash on Delivery via Meet Ups (Singapore Only)
c. You may also choose to do a Bank Transfer and receive your goods via Meet Ups.

Please pay within 48 hours upon receiving our confirmation order (see point 2) otherwise similar purchases will be sold to the next buyer on the waiting list.

4) Once we received your payment, the order will be mailed out within one working day for mail delivery. (Pls allow buffer time as there may be delays). But we will inform you by e-mail when we post out your orders.

An additional SGD$1 will be charged for normal posting. (Please note that a postage fees of SGD $2.50 will be charged for registered mail if you have requested for mail delivery)

Which means, if you have requested for Registered mail total will be $3.50 additional charge.

For larger items such as T-shirts/Cushions (Items that cannot fit in an envelope) :
